This product is an electronic download, which is Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable.

Use of the spreadsheet constitutes user’s agreement to these terms. This product is provided “as is” with no warranties, express or implied. Seller assumes no legal liability or responsibility whatsoever. To use this spreadsheet, you will need Microsoft Excel installed on your PC (if you are using a Mac, you will need Excel for Mac installed on your Mac). Spreadsheet, including formulas, is protected/locked; this means you will only be able to input values in certain cells, but will not be able to view formulas/code/etc., nor add rows or columns or otherwise modify the spreadsheet. This spreadsheet shall not be re-distributed, and only used by purchaser and his/her household or businesses with 5 or fewer employees. For businesses with more than 5 employees, contact Seller for commercial agreement. The user also understands that Seller is not obligated to provide the user with any support, consulting, training or assistance of any kind with regard to the use of the spreadsheet or to provide the user with any updates, revisions or new versions of the spreadsheet.

User Agrees to Terms and Conditions, which may be updated from time to time.

User agrees to indemnify Seller and any subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and employees against any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, related to user’s use of the spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is provided by Seller “as is,” and any express or implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranty of fitness for a particular purpose is disclaimed. In no event shall Seller be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever, including but not limited to claims associated with the loss of data, negligence or other tortious claim that arises out of or in connection with the access, use or performance of the spreadsheet.

Results generated by use of this spreadsheet are dependent on variables, including the quality of the data entered by the user and any assumptions made by the user in relation to data inputs. Accordingly, Seller cannot guarantee any results generated by use of the spreadsheet and user is entirely responsible for the results and any reliance on the results. User shall not claim that Seller authenticate or otherwise agree with the results generated by the spreadsheet.
